GEBS: Does your agency have jurisdiction here?

Spokesperson: We have no comment on jurisdiction.

GEBS: Is that a "no comment" on jurisdiction, or a comment that there's no comment?

Spokesperson: Yes.

GEBS: Are you aware this service exists?

Spokesperson: We are aware of many things. Awareness is not the same as acknowledgment, and acknowledgment is not the same as action, and action, frankly, is above my pay grade — and possibly above several other pay grades that don't exist yet for this specific situation.

GEBS: So nothing's being done.

Spokesperson: I didn't say that. I said I have no comment, which I will now also decline to comment on.
